1. Invitation and Admission

  • Invitation and Admission

  • This event is strictly by private invitation only. Tickets are non-transferable unless approved by the event committee.

2. Programme Inclusion

  • By purchasing tickets, you consent to your name being printed in the official event programme, which may be distributed in physical and/or digital formats.

  • If you prefer not to have your name included, please notify the committee no later than 14 days before the event.

3. Dietary Preferences

  • Guests with specific dietary requirements (e.g., allergies, intolerances, religious or ethical restrictions) must inform the committee no later than 14 days before the event.

  • While every effort will be made to accommodate dietary needs, the organizers cannot guarantee availability of all requests.

  • Guests are responsible for ensuring their dietary information is accurate and up to date.

4. Privacy and Data Use

  • Personal information collected for the purposes of this event (e.g., name, email address, dietary preferences) will be used solely for event logistics, catering, communications, and programme production. See Privacy Policy for more information.

5. Photography and Media

  • The event may be photographed or recorded. By attending, you grant permission for your likeness to appear in event-related media unless you opt out in advance.

  • Opt-out requests must be submitted to the committee prior to the event.

6. Cancellation or Changes

  • The committee reserves the right to modify event details, including date, time, venue, and programme content, with reasonable notice.

  • In the event of cancellation, all guests will be notified via their provided contact details.

7. Refund Policy

  • Please let the committee know if you are unable to attend.

  • Tickets cancelled up to 14 days before the event date will receive a full refund. We regret that we are unable to give refunds to cancellations made after this date.

8. Liability

  • The committee accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.

9. Accessibility

  • Please note that the event will be held in a historic building with limited wheelchair access.

  • Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate guests with mobility needs, certain areas may be inaccessible.

  • Guests requiring assistance are encouraged to contact the committee in advance so that suitable arrangements can be explored.

  • Ticket Tailor: To process ticket sales.

  • Stripe: To process payments.
